It is not possible to perform a complete turning or milling operation using the machining parameters on a modern turning or machining center. On the NVGH series grinding center, the turning operation is mainly used for the removal of machining allowance,The focus is on the final finishing of the product in one clamping

X-axis, movement of bed saddle
The static pressure technology has been used by all the models of the company. The static pressure guide rail combined with high-precision ball screw or linear motor as the driving mechanism makes it possible for the smallest movement of 0.00001 mm
C axis, movement of turntable
Z-axis, vertical movement of turret or spindle
The vertical axis adopts a high-precision linear rail system and can be optionally equipped with a static pressure guide rail, and the driving element is a high-precision ball screw.
B-axis, rotary motion of turret or spindle
Within the 280° rotation range, the turret or spindle can be precisely positioned in 1° increments, and infinite indexing NC positioning is also optional. Positioning is hydraulically actuated and end-toothed ratchets provide repeatable positioning with the highest accuracy. The turret can be equipped with up to 4 working positions and is designed for grinding or hard turning and milling applications, with an optional tool magazine for automatic changing of tools or grinding wheels.

In addition, turntable bearings are hydrostatic and can be preloaded axially and radially. Thanks to the superiority of the hydrostatic bearing, the radial and axial running accuracy of the turntable can reach <0.001mm. With the direct drive motor and circular grating, it can also achieve ultra-high indexing accuracy and non-circular grinding. Table loads can range from 1500 to 7500 kg, depending on the size of the machine tool. All rotary tables can be upgraded to direct drive motor drive based on standard double lead worm gear drive. Direct drive motor drive with high-precision circular grating provides positioning accuracy of +/-1.5 seconds arc 

Y-axis, horizontal machining

With the optional y-axis, workpieces can also be machined in the horizontal direction. This flexibility greatly broadens the application range of the NVGH series grinding centers. Here, too, an optional quick tool change is available
