Main uses and scope of application: It is mainly used for precision grinding of various surfaces such as medium and large bearing rings and super finishing of raceways. The grinding of each surface is completed in one clamping, and the raceways after grinding are super finished, which reduces the impact of parts hoisting and secondary clamping on the accuracy of the workpiece and improves the production efficiency of finished parts. It is a new generation of high-precision and high-efficiency production machine tools. There are currently no such machine tools at home and abroad. This machine tool is particularly suitable for mass production of medium and large bearing ring parts with high requirements for finishing accuracy and surface quality.
